Carrot and Butter Bean Soup

Wednesday is market day. I bought my vegetables and at lunchtime I made soup. 

Carrot and Butter bean Soup

In a pan I put:

  1. Can of drained butter beans 
  2. One onion chopped 
  3. Grated carrots 
  4. Chicken stock cube 
  5. Coriander or parsley to flavour 
  6. Water 

Bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 20 minutes

The amount of ingredients may sound a bit vague, use them as a guide. You'll know it's right, it'll taste right!
