The owner retrived her dog from the lake and put it on a lead, she sloped off shame faced. I like dogs but I think this time of year owners should put their dogs on leads around the lake, they have the rest of the park they can run free in. We counted about 8 Herons on one of the islands in the middle of the lake. Stopped for coffee at The Inn On The Park.
